Thank you, Jonathan Isaacson and team, for the great job you did in getting our house together. Our experience with you couldn’t be better.
We decided to retire to the Sierra Vista, AZ area in 2009. When we did we contacted several different custom builders, and chose Isaacson Quality Construction (Isaacson Homes, Inc.) for the job. Considering we lived in Alabama at the time, it was a real risk on our part. But Jonathan made our move as easy as he possibly could.
If he had a question about even a small issue, he called or emailed to verify what we wanted. There were days when I got several phone calls, but I didn’t mind in the least, because I knew Jonathan was doing everything he could to expedite the building process and make our building experience positive. When we decided we wanted to make our on purchases on different items within the house, he was very flexible with it as long as it worked out for everybody concerned. Whenever we needed to be here to take care of matters, he let us know in plenty of time so we could arrange leave and get here in time.
The follow-up of Isaacson Homes, Inc., in the year since we moved in has been just as professional as the building process. in the six months between my move to Hereford and my husband’s move here, Jonathan and company were more helpful than I expected. With many builders, once a house is built, they feel their job is done. For example, before my husband arrived, our well froze. Never having had a well, I had no idea how to handle such an issue, so I called my trusty builder. Jonathan personally came out and took care of the problem, then he gave me directions on what to do if it happened again.
His hands-on approach gave us great confidence that if anything went wrong (and of course a couple of things did), Jonathan would handle it in an ethical and professional manner.
We would have, and have had, no compulsion recommending Jonathan and Isaacson Homes, Inc. for anybody’s building needs. And if you’re moving cross-country, you couldn’t want for a better builder.
