My wife and I had always heard that building a house was one of the most stressful endeavors a couple could undertake, and during our first meeting you told me that you would do everything in your power to ensure this was not the case. I can say that you and your company/family succeeded. You spent the extra time in the design phase to make sure we had the design exactly as we wanted, and never made us feel rushed, or put out by request of questions. Everyone worked very hard to make us comfortable with the process as well as the actual construction.

The house turned out to be everything we hoped for and more. I wanted to thank you for your guidance when we asked for your honest opinion in the design and building phase which at times saved us money and other times ensured we got exactly what we wanted. I have to say that you, Ben, and Philip made us feel like more than just clients, and that you cared about how we were doing with the construction as well as making sure the quality of the house meet your high standards.

The only reason I would not use Isaacson’s Quality Construction again is because we love this house so much, and never want to leave it, but I would absolutely recommend Jonathan to anyone considering building a house.

After meeting w/ several builders we had the pleasure of meeting w/ Jonathan. What a great experience that was. It was that meeting and looking at the quality and pride that goes into the building of his homes that made us believers.

We started the plans and got the ball rolling. Both Jonathan and Philip were there to help guide us w/ textures, fixtures or any questions we may have had. It took exactly the time allotted to build us our home. We were asked to come and check things out as the build progressed. We were amazed at the attention to detail by Jonathan and his brother, Philip.

since moving into our home 5 months ago, we have been cmpletely satisfied and wouldn’t change a thing. In fact, we still walk in and have the “WOW” factor to this very day. Jonathan has been more than a contractor/ builder, he has been a true friend. We would definitely recommend Isaacson Homes to anyone desiring to build their own custom home.

To folks considering working with Jonathan Isaacson, my husband and I can recommend him and his company whole heartedly. Jonathan’s enthusiasm for what he does and his commitment to quality made the home-building process go much more smoothly than we had hoped, much less expected. He helped us improve our plans for both efficient use of space and for better look and feel for the home itself. He found ways for us to save money, and worked carefully to keep us in-budget. He was clear on costs of changes and ensured we had ample opportunity to make a decisions. He walked us through each step of the process so we would be prepared, and showed great patience no matter how many questions we brought up. He also gave us the opportunity to meet the sub-contractors as they progressed through the project.

Our home is everything we expected and more. We are happy to show off our home to prospective clients and welcome questions. I can think of no better way to express our appreciation for all the hard work and time Jonathan and his family and crew put into turning plans on paper into reality. Should we ever dive into building again, Jonathan will be the one we call.
