I am having a new home and guest house built by Jonathan Isaacson with Isaacson Quality Construction at 518 S. Foudy Rd. Bisbee, Arizona 85603.

Jonathan was great right from the start. He helped us with the plans that we had, and suggested changes that not only enhanced the beauty of our home but saved us money also. Jonathan spent a lot of time with us with getting the placement of the house on the lot just the way we wanted. His knowledge of which subcontractors to use was appreciated. He not only got us good prices, but they did a quality job and finished in a timely manner.

During the course of the project, my husband became very ill and was unable to come down and see the work being done. Jonathan took time to take pictures of what all was going on and brought them to us in Tucson to keep us informed of how the work was progressing.

I would highly recommend Jonathan for any project.

He not only does what he says he’ll do, but gets it done on time and at the price he quoted.

Custom Home built for Gene Pitts

To whom it may concern,

Isaacson Quality Construction completed a new home and RV building for me and my wife in Aug of 07. They helped us design a house and RV building that was exactly what we needed. Our finish price ended up being slightly lower than original estimate, even though there were some upgrade features added after original estimate. The Isaacsons kept a very close watch on our project throughout construction. They were there every time a new subcontractor came out on job, and checked work being done daily. The had an answer for every question and concern that arose. When we moved in, John and Jonathan even helped us move some of the heavier objects into the house.

Our experience with Isaacson Quality Construction.

We contracted with Isaacson Quality Construction, to build a three car Santa Fe style garage to match our house. This included colored floor and driveway.

We would like to rate our experience as 5 F’s.

• Fast: The project was completed on time and schedule.
• Friendly: The company and it’s subcontractors were all professional and excellent to work with.
• Finance: The Quality was high and the price was competitive. The bid was accurate and the price never changed.
• Flexibility: When we asked for a change Jonathan was receptive and accommodating. If a change reduced the cost it was reflected in the final balance.
• Focused: Communication was open and frequent.

Narrative: On or about June 2007 I met Jonathan for the first time at the above-mentioned residence. He along with his father were building the house as a spec home. During the time the house was frame up and was basically bare. After a short conversation I decided to bring my wife out to look at the house as potential residence. We then decided to speak with his real estate representative and thereafter chose to buy house.

From that point on it was the best experience with home buying and building I have had to date. This is my third home and second home build. I was very pleased with how easy Jonathan made it for us and how quickly he was able to orchestrate the finalization of the home. The choices and options that Jonathan provided were excellent. He was able to design color schemes and fixtures that coordinated flawlessly. The attention to detail and fixture amenities within the home expresses the beauty, talent and skill that Jonathan and his business provides.
